Directions: Apply a small amount of undiluted Hair Rinse to very wet hair and scalp, applying more to the scalp than the ends, scrub in. Leave on for 1-3 minutes then rinse.

How you use this product is up to you but here are a few ideas;
a replacement for your shampoo & conditioner
OR as a replacement for your conditioner in conjunction with a mild, natural shampoo/bar
OR use after a conventional shampoo/ conditioner routine to correct pH balance
OR leave on for 10+ minutes as a weekly deep treatment.

This full-strength rinse can be diluted with water. The ratio depends on hair type and regimen. Start with most or all Hair Rinse.
